Trust is built through precise claims.
Danexa designs research collaboration around clear scope, informed selection, and traceable records. This is guidance—not a promise of active protection, identity verification, or legal commitment.
The current research workflow
A research opportunity can appear in the public catalog after review and publication. An eligible researcher may author a structured versioned proposal; the employer may compare, shortlist, decline, or select it. Selection is not project start or work authorization.
Available now: publication, proposals, and non-activating selection
Activation boundaries
The current preliminary agreement is a non-binding development placeholder. It does not create an enforceable contract, signature, protected payment, wallet, settlement, workspace membership, files, messages, delivery, or operational dispute process.
Later: approved terms, funding, workspace, and operations
Data and privacy
Proposals and preliminary agreements are visible only to authorized participants and do not appear in the public catalog. This version does not collect identity evidence, payment methods, messages, files, or research data from this page.
Current boundary: data minimization and private projections
Before relying on a capability
Every sensitive capability needs approved terms, privacy policy, access controls, retention, event records, operations, and specialist review. Until those are approved and implemented, Danexa does not present the capability as active or guaranteed.
No unearned badge, certification, or guarantee is displayed
This guide is not Terms of Use, a Privacy Policy, a contract, legal advice, or formal support. Final documents will be published only with an owner, version, effective date, and required approvals.
